Multi-material furniture
Founded in 1946 and acquired in the 1970s by the Franco-British Sildorex group, led by Christopher and Bertrand Hogg, Lurex® (a textile fiber made from aluminum foil) has launched its collection of jewelry and fashion accessories under the name “Maison Lurex”. The first boutique opened its doors in October 2017, in the heart of Le Marais, Paris. We have crafted the bespoke furniture for this inaugural Parisian store.
Project details
Maison Lurex® positions itself as an “affordable luxury” brand. To furnish their boutique, the leaders requested elemen to use high-quality materials requiring specific and diverse expertise. Custom-made furniture in ultra-matte laminate, brushed brass, and the use of digital printing for niche decorations were incorporated into the design.
