The 3 pillars of CSR (Environmental, Social, and Economic) have always been at the core of our company’s concerns: low-energy building, reduction of our energy expenses, eco-mobility, eco-conscious design and manufacturing, Human Resources policy focusing on respect for individuals, commitment, well-being at work, gender equality, training, selection of local suppliers and partners, beehives…
Assessment and support
Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future: Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Assessment
As part of our commitment to energy transition and reducing our environmental footprint, we are embarking on a new phase. We have decided to conduct a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) assessment, through the Diag Décarbon’Action programme, led by Bpifrance in partnership with ADEME and the Low Carbon Transition Association. Read our environmental policy.
The Diag Décarbon’Action offers us the opportunity to thoroughly analyse our carbon footprint through a comprehensive and customised assessment, tailored to the specific nature of our activities. This approach will enable us not only to assess our GHG emissions but also to set concrete decarbonisation targets in the short, medium, and long term.
Expert support
To successfully complete this assessment, we are being supported by two CSR consultants: Xavier Dubourg (Adret DuNum) and Charles Devaux (Endema). Thanks to their expertise, along with our internal working group of four employees, we will be able to identify priority action areas and implement a coherent and ambitious emissions reduction plan.
Towards a more sustainable company
This GHG assessment is a crucial step in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. It is part of a broader vision of sustainability that guides all our actions. Upon completing this assessment, we commit to sharing the results with all our stakeholders, along with the concrete measures we will implement to achieve our decarbonisation goals. We also pledge to closely monitor the evolution of our environmental impact and to adjust our actions in response to future challenges.
Assessment and Support Since 2012, we have submitted to the Ecovadis evaluation. “EcoVadis rating focuses on a wide range of non-financial management systems, including consequences in the following themes: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics, and Responsible Purchasing. Each company is evaluated on essential issues based on its size, location, and industry.” In 2022, we obtained a Bronze medal.
In June 2022, we became members of Planet’RSE. A non-profit association created in 2014 to promote the Corporate Social Responsibility of companies and organizations, it has developed rating criteria in CSR used to evaluate each of its members on the principle of commitment through evidence. Unlike Ecovadis, the economic and financial aspect is evaluated (e.g., dependence rate, borrowing capacity, etc.). An audit was conducted by them on June 16, 2023, in our premises to:
1 – take stock of the actions already in place
2 – identify areas for improvement
3 – define an action plan

Following this initial audit, we received a score of 421/1000 points, positioning us in the “Developing CSR Approach” level.

Reducing Digital Pollution

Digital Pollution represents 4% of global CO2 emissions. Reducing this environmental cost is a real challenge for our planet. Therefore, we have decided:
- to enlist the services of the agency Partikuls, which was able to limit the impact of our new website without sacrificing the user experience. The site you are visiting has obtained Eco Index Certification Level C.
- to host our site with O2Switch, which primarily utilizes decarbonized energy. (Distribution 2019: 94% Decarbonized Energy and 6% Carbonized Energy).
- to limit the number of our email campaigns via Sarbacane.
