Custom reception aera and tea room furniture
Since its establishment in July 2020, the Stares company brings together several recognized entities in property management. As an expert in condominium management, rental management, and leasing, Stares has commissioned us to assist with the furnishing of its flagship location in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. We were entrusted with the design, production, and installation of custom furniture for two key areas, the reception, and the tea room.

PROJECT: Layout of a reception and gathering space for the Stares headquarters
MISSIONS: Design, Manufacturing, Delivery, Installation
SPECIFICS: Multi-material furniture, research for technical solutions for replacing a material unsuitable for the indoor environment
DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING DETAILS:
- Reception desk and wall cladding (pictured above) made of black TOP MAT laminate and panels in thermolacquered steel type Corten®.
- Tea room: Kitchen sideboard made of laminate, Krio resin countertop, and glass lacquered backsplash.
All electrical appliances have been integrated to give this ensemble a harmonious and well-organized appearance.
