The 3 pillars of CSR (Environmental, Social, and Economic) have always been at the core of our company’s concerns: low-energy building, reduction of our energy expenses, eco-mobility, eco-conscious design and manufacturing, Human Resources policy focusing on respect for individuals, commitment, well-being at work, gender equality, training, selection of local suppliers and partners, beehives…
Decarbonising our activities: a priority
Our commitment to a sustainable future: reducing our Greenhouse Gas emissions by 27% by 2030
At the beginning of 2025, we carried out a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Assessment using the Diag Décarbon’Action scheme, supported by Bpifrance in partnership with ADEME and the Association for Low-Carbon Transition. We were guided through this process by Xavier Dubourg (Adret DuNum) and Charles Devaux (Endema). This assessment enabled us to identify our main sources of CO₂ emissions, set a reduction target, and develop a transition plan for 2030.
One of the key challenges lies in the raw materials used in our furniture, which is why one of the first measures we will implement is to increase the proportion of recycled materials in our designs.
The full results have been published on the ADEME website: here
Our results, along with our transition plan, have been shared with our stakeholders through a newsletter, communication on social media, and will be systematically presented to all new clients, suppliers, service providers, etc.

Reducing Digital Pollution

Digital Pollution represents 4% of global CO2 emissions. Reducing this environmental cost is a real challenge for our planet. Therefore, we have decided:
- to enlist the services of the agency Partikuls, which was able to limit the impact of our new website without sacrificing the user experience. The site you are visiting has obtained Eco Index Certification Level C.
- Hosting our website with Infomaniak (from April 2025) due to their ecological commitment. ISO 14001 and 50001 certified.
- Reducing the number of our email campaigns via Sarbacane. A 50% reduction in emails sent in 2024.
Social, Human Rights, Ethics:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goes beyond environmental action. It must also encompass social, societal and ethical dimensions. That is why we are committed to integrating and promoting ethical, transparent and human rights–respecting practices, as well as social values that align with our activity of designing and manufacturing bespoke professional furniture.
Respect for Fundamental Human Rights
We ensure that all individuals involved in our value chain are treated with dignity and respect. We affirm our commitment to:
- Guaranteeing a safe, healthy working environment that respects the physical and moral integrity of employees.
- Upholding labour rights by combating all forms of discrimination, harassment or exploitation.
- Supporting fair and equitable remuneration for all collaborators and subcontractors involved in our projects.
Inclusion and Diversity
We value everyone’s talents, regardless of gender, origin, beliefs or orientation. Our company promotes inclusive collaboration and aims to ensure equal opportunities in recruitment, training, and career development.
Working Conditions and Employee Wellbeing
We are committed to creating a working environment that supports the personal and professional fulfilment of our employees by implementing initiatives to:
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance. Overtime is used only exceptionally.
- Support skills development through training tailored to individual and collective needs (e.g., CSR training, First Aid training, software training, etc.).
- Promote flexible working conditions: remote working days are granted to employees, on a weekly basis for some. In 2025, we aim to increase the number of remote working days — around 200 additional days in total across the year.
Relationships with Our Partners and Local Engagement
Our local commitment is primarily reflected in how we select our manufacturing partners. We favour collaborations with local suppliers in order to support the regional economy and encourage responsible production practices. All our manufacturers are located within a 100-kilometre radius of our offices. We ensure that our partners share our values concerning respect for human rights, professional ethics, and social responsibility. This enables us to contribute to the development of a sustainable local economy while maintaining high standards for our clients.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
As part of our continuous improvement approach, we submit to two evaluations:
Ecovadis
Every year since 2012, we have taken part in the EcoVadis assessment. “EcoVadis ratings cover a broad range of non-financial management systems including environmental, social and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement impacts. Each company is assessed on material issues according to its size, location and sector.”
At the start of 2025, we were awarded the bronze medal with a score of 61/100!
Planet’RSE
In June 2022, we became members of Planet’RSE — a non-profit organisation created in 2014 to promote Corporate Social Responsibility. Planet’RSE has developed CSR assessment criteria based on verifiable commitments. Unlike EcoVadis, it also evaluates financial and economic aspects (e.g., dependency rates, borrowing capacity, etc.). Our first audit took place on 16 June 2023. The next audit is scheduled for October 2025!

Following this initial audit, we received a score of 421/1000 points, positioning us in the “Developing CSR Approach” level.
